Bronx Successfully Launches Another Colour Coating Line.

Bronx International has successfully completed the installation of a Compact Warehouse Coil Paint Line in Minsk (Belarus). Commissioning took place during the Baltic summer months and the project was completed early October 2015.

Installation began in January 2015 and the culmination of a solid commitment shown by the many professionals involved: the Bronx Sales Team, Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers and Process Technologists led to a successful and smooth start up in October.

The Bronx International team worked tirelessly to deliver to the customer, a Process Line asset which will help build and grow the Belarusian coated steel market in the many facets of building and construction, roofing and walling, facades, fencing, rain water accessories, sandwich panels, sign writing panels and endless other potential uses.

The process line has a maximum line process speed of 40m/min and delivers an excellent quality paint finish on both top and reverse sides. The wet paint film is oven cured with the end product meeting worldwide standards in various formulations from Polyesters, Polyurethanes and Fluorocarbon paint systems.
