The Bronx Group, a global leader in coil coating and metal processing technology, has signed a new contract with Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Co., Ltd. — a member of Hoa Phat Group, Vietnam’s largest steel producer — for the supply of a state-of-the-art 120 m/min Colour Coating Line (CCL). The new Bronx–Hoa Phat Colour Coating Line will be installed at Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Hung Yen Province, further reinforcing Hoa Phat’s position as a key player in Vietnam’s coated steel market. This will be Hoa Phat’s second Bronx line, following the successful commissioning of its first Bronx Colour Coating Line in 2018.

Designed for high efficiency and sustainability, the new line is capable of processing 25-tonne coils with a maximum thickness of up to 1mm, and will deliver an annual output of 120,000–130,000 tonnes. Installation and commissioning will be supervised by Bronx’s Site Management and Production Technology teams to ensure world-class standards of safety, precision, and performance.
