Bronx Installs Another Quality Line in Turkey

Bronx has recently commissioned an Aluminium Colour Coating Line for a customer in Turkey involved in the building and construction industry.

Their continued success and demand for product led to a recent expansion including a second composite line and a Bronx Continuous Coil Coating Line to produce their own Aluminium colour coated coil.

Bronx commissioned a 1600mm wide colour coating line, designed to process 0.2mm to 0.8mm thick aluminium at speeds up to 40mpm.

Alcoat required a high quality aluminium coil coating line to match the quality from their previous supplier. Their product range include PVDF, metallic and flurocarbon paint stystems as well as modern pattern coatings. Bronx have worked closely with Alcoat to ensure successful start up and ongoing support through our Bronx Club to meet their ongoing needs.
