Bronx Wins USA Steel Works Contract – Tension Leveller

Amidst heavy competition Bronx has been awarded a contract with a USA process line builder SES to supply a Tension Levelling section for an Inspection Line for a major steel works in USA.

Bronx expertise in Tension Levelling convinced the end user the Bronx machine was the right choice to suit their requirements for processing high strength carbon steels and galvanised strip.

Bronx have incorporated the latest ‘Opti-Set’ software for predictive optimisation of roll mesh settings based on incoming strip shape conditions and minimum power requirements.

This machine was commissioned during the summer of 2016.
