Bronx Install Another  Modular Single Pass Warehouse Colour Coating Line

Bronx have recently completed Wet Run Commissioning on a new Colour Coating Line for its customer in Azerbaijan.

The Warehouse Modular Colour Coating Line is designed to produce approximately 50,000 tpy of pre-painted steel. The line is capable of applying coating of different types, including standard polyester, matt polyester, wrinklecoat and PVDF.

Prometal is one of the largest companies in the region engaged in the trade and manufacturing of metal production, and Bronx was pitted against a number of global competitors.

However, Bronx’s years of experience in process lines and comprehensive Colour Coating Line reference list was a major influence in being awarded the final contract.

The Bronx Colour Coating Line from our Warehouse Range, is a Single Pass Continuous Colour Coating Line with thickness capability ranging from 0.14mm to 0.8mm and coil width up to 1250mm.

The Modular Line has Bronx designed and built Prime and Finish Gas Fired Convection Ovens. The line has a Bronx ‘S’ Wrap Prime Coater and Bronx state of the art ‘Quick Change U-Wrap Finish Coater’ (for quick colour change, within a few seconds, without stopping the line).

Installation and Commissioning of the Colour Coating Line was managed by the Bronx Site Management and Production Technology teams.

Prometal plans to use a large amount for their own downstream production (Roll forming and roof tiles) and sell to the local domestic market and into neighbouring countries.
