Bronx specialises in Catenary Convection Ovens for coil-coating lines. These ovens use external bridles to tension the strip at both ends as it passes through the oven, maintaining a precise pre-determined catenary position.
Because the strip is supported externally, the jet nozzles focus solely on delivering the hot air jets needed to cure the coated surface. This allows you to select jet velocities optimized for superior paint surface-finish quality.
Our ovens and oxidisers are designed and manufactured by Bronx Process Technologies s.r.o. in Slovakia. We recently delivered custom systems for multiple customers in Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Belarus, building on decades of Bronx Group coil-coating installations across the CIS region.
