Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Co, Ltd, Vietnam – Bronx Colour Coating Line Installation & Wet Run

The Bronx Hoa Phat Colour Coating Line  is a 120 m/min Colour Coating Line built in the Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. It was built on a greenfield site which includes a pickle line, cold rolling mill and two galvanising lines, as well as the Bronx Colour Coating Line.

The Colour Coating Line can process 25 tonne incoming coils and features vertical accumulators, a Chemical Coater, a S-Wrap Prime Coater, a  U-Wrap Finish Coater, and gas fired ovens, with emissions controlled by a Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser.
